Led by Faith & Guided by History
Catholic Footsteps is a Michigan-based non-profit, providing curated, all-inclusive, Catholic heritage travel experiences for students and their families.
Catholic heritage sites have connections to important events or people in the history of the Catholic Church and often contain art and artifacts that tell the story of the Catholic faith, its history, and its diverse communities. These sites help Catholic students learn and feel more connected to their faith.
Our program inspires students and parents to expand their view of the global Catholic community and provides additional context and color for Catholic teachings.
We offer unique small-group travel experiences for students with their parent or guardian, that are carefully curated and interactive.
- Make a Pilgrimage: These trips deepen one's faith and connection with the spiritual history of the Church. - Foster Respect for Historical Sites and Artifacts: Cultivate an appreciation for preservation. - Encounter Different Cultures: Catholic heritage and history is not limited to one country or culture, it is a global heritage. We recognize that the Catholic faith has been lived out in many different ways throughout history and that by understanding and appreciating different cultural expressions of the faith, we can deepen our own understanding of our Catholic faith.
